Account Deletion

VidSpark respects your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to delete your account, what data will be removed, and how long the process takes.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account using one of the following methods:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

Open the VidSpark app
Go to Account (bottom navigation)
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm your identity by entering your password
Tap Confirm Deletion

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to marialise821@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include your username. We will process your request within 3 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your profile information (username, avatar, bio)
Your coin balance and transaction history
Your order history (boost orders, completed tasks)
Your authentication tokens and login credentials
Your notification preferences and device tokens
Any active subscriptions (VIP membership)

Data Retention Period

Upon receiving your deletion request, your account will be deactivated immediately. All personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

Some anonymized, non-identifiable data may be retained for analytics and service improvement purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
• Any remaining coin balance will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
• Active orders in progress will be cancelled and coins will not be refunded.
• VIP subscriptions should be cancelled through Google Play before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
