1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VidSpark mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of VidSpark and any related services provided by us.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to download and use the App on your mobile device. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the App or its materials
• Use the App or its materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App's software
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by VidSpark at any time.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent
• Damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs VidSpark's functionality or servers
• Interferes with any other party's use and enjoyment of the App
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to VidSpark
• Violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

4. Third-Party Services

VidSpark integrates with third-party services to provide certain features and functionality. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services, and we encourage you to review their terms before use.

5. Account Terms

To use certain features of VidSpark, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree that:

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App
• You will provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

VidSpark may offer virtual currency ("Coins") and in-app purchases. By purchasing or earning Coins:

• You acknowledge that Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, availability, and features at any time
• Purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google's terms

7. Termination

VidSpark reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the App's settings.

8. Disclaimer

The App and its materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VidSpark makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VidSpark or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
